General Return Policy
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Art of East.
1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
Has missing parts or accessories
Is different from what was ordered
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original Art of East’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
3. If an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 working days for a free replacement.
4. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective.
5. The product must be returned through the same Courier / Transport service that have delivered the product to your concerned address. Return followed by any other courier / transport service will not be accepted and in such case Art of East won’t bare the courier charges.

General Refund Policy
1. Refunds are not offered. All sales are final.
2. Only refund is provided in case the product

Is different from what was ordered
3. We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.
4. If a defect is determined within the 7-day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.
5. If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided
6. Only in cases where the replacement product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by Art of East. Money will be refunded within 7 working days after receiving the product at our end.
